Appointments may be scheduled outside these regular hours for an additional $10 and with the appointment prepaid by credit card.

Parties of more than 3 people may be scheduled with prior notice.

Once you have found an appointment time that you would like to schedule, please email Kelli at kelliroselmt@yahoo.com or call her and leave a message at 727-639-1085. Only consider your appointment ‘scheduled’ once you have received either an email or verbal confirmation from Kelli.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid an automatic $25 cancellation fee. If you fail to call to cancel or miss your appointment, you will be charged for the entire appointment since we are unable to reschedule that time.
We reserve time especially for the services you schedule in our office. We understand that you may not be able to keep your appointment on occasion; in that event, we ask that you respect our other clients' time as well by calling us in advance to cancel or reschedule. Failure to call and cancel in a timely fashion prevents us from scheduling someone else who may need to be seen during that time. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
